Non Refundable deposit  of 25% of the basic rental is due on the day of the reservation.  Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival. Payments will be accepted in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. By paying the deposit you signify that you agree to abide by the terms of the condominium rules, regulations, and occupancy limits.

A written cancellation must be received 31 days prior to arrival date. For bookings for  14 nights and more, 90 days written cancellation is required. Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation. Above rates are based upon four (4) persons or less in a two bedroom unit and six (6) persons or less in a three bedroom unit. Please check our website for standard offerings in each unit. Rates subject to change without notice. No pets allowed. Smoking in designated outdoor area only.
